The Concrete Foundation Construction Process
EXCAVATION
Excavation includes grading the lot, digging trenches for footings, and setting batter boards to level the home or structure. Along with this, we also offer backfill services such as filling in any holes, ditches, or excavated services around your structure or foundation.
2. FOOTINGS

3. INSULATED CONCRETE FORMS (IFC) WALLS
Insulated concrete form (ICF) is a method of polystyrene (EPS) firm insulation blocks separated by plastic webbing. It is used as an integrated concrete method to pour concrete. ICF walls have numerous advantages including durability, strength, and the ability to be sealed and insulated.
4. POURED SLABS
The ground inside is prepped for the slab, and plumbing pipes are placed as well. After this, the concrete is pumped into place.
CLEAN UP
After the concrete is poured, the site is cleaned up and prepared for the framing crew.
